A: No, there is no charge for becoming a member.
A: Registration allows you to track your account activity, such as points balance, simply by logging in. It also allows us to replace your card in the event it is lost or stolen. As a registered member, you can also elect to receive special offers and promotions via email. Card registration is required to redeem rewards. When registering, be sure to include your phone # and your card #. Your phone # will automatically be linked, so for any future in-store transactions, you can simply enter your phone # at the pin pad at the register.
A: Every time you make a purchase, you are awarded 2 points for each dollar spent in store and 5 points for each gallon of fuel pumped. You will also earn bonus points for purchasing specially marked items in the store. From time to time, we may provide special rewards upon registration. Note, points are not awarded for non-food items such as taxes. Points are also not awarded on purchases made using rewards dollars and gift cards. Some additional exclusions may apply.
A: Yes, excluded departments include: Tobacco, Stamps, Money orders, gift cards, and lotto.
A: As long as you registered your card with your phone number, the alternate ID can be used.
A: If you have lost your card, simply visit your nearest Rapid Rewards location for a replacement. Tell the team member that you lost your card and they will give you a replacement card. As long as your original card was registered, the rewards balance can be transferred to the new card.
A: Yes, points earned on in-store items and gallons will expire after one year of inactivity. Rewards and bonus point items expire 30 days after earned.
A: You may go online to view My balance. Select Check Your Balance button and enter your card number on the back of your card. Once logged in, your balance will show in the Account balance box. Alternatively, your points will show on the bottom of your receipt at any Baltus Rewards stores.

A: When you register your card, you will be asked to provide the card number and registration code from the back of the card, name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
A: The card number can be found on the back of your Rapid Rewards Member Card. The card number is the 16-digit number.
